This is my journey on the Michelle Bridges 12 Week Body Transformation Program. My goal is lose about 20 kgs, and it was my goal by the end of the program to lose 12kg's, but I may need to adjust that as time goes on.

Strawberries anyone?
Strawberries are choc a block full of antioxidants, and so refreshing. They are in season right now, and at only about 60 calories for a tub, how could you say no?
